{"id":1458,"date":"2012-03-31T15:14:23","date_gmt":"2012-03-31T19:14:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/?p=1458"},"modified":"2012-03-31T15:14:23","modified_gmt":"2012-03-31T19:14:23","slug":"harmony-run-in-oxford-and-cambridge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/?p=1458","title":{"rendered":"Harmony Run in Oxford and Cambridge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The World Harmony Run, founded by Sri Chinmoy, recently visited the two ancient university cities of Oxford and Cambridge.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/kings-college-whr.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1459\" title=\"kings-college-whr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/kings-college-whr.jpg\" alt=\"kings-college\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/kings-college-whr.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/kings-college-whr-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 85vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Cambridge, the run visited Kings College Cambridge and was met by Dr John Barber, a Fellow of King&#8217;s College.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/mayor-cambridge.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1461\" title=\"mayor-cambridge\" src=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/mayor-cambridge.jpg\" alt=\"cambridge\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/mayor-cambridge.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.srichinmoybio.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/mayor-cambridge-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 85vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The run was also greeted by the Mayor of Cambridge who supported the Run&#8217;s hope to promote peace and harmony.<\/p>\n<p>In Oxford, the run visited two schools and also found time to visit Mark Williams and his team of researchers at Warneford hospital. Mark Williams heads a &#8216;mindfulness clinic&#8217; which has researched the benefits of meditation in helping to cure persistent depression.
