					<description><![CDATA[If I had 48 hours in a day, I would probably just ending up wasting even more hours than I normally do.  I totally agree with cutting down on, useless thinking, this can have a profound effect on our ability to succeed. 

Meditation is something that I have being thinking about getting into, along with yoga, I feel that they can offer a whole host of benefits. I personally fight hard everyday to stop negative thoughts entering my mind and I also try to stay clear of negative people, they can have a real bad effect on your mental outlook.]]></description>
