To focus on a ‘solution’ means there is a problem; and believing there is a problem means that I have given credit to the negative voice within. Solutions are subjective and require the intervention of conscious judgement. In truth, bettering ourselves comes only from embracing the belief that as humans, we are fundamentally flawed. It is only in my imperfection that I am able to embrace the inner ego laid at the feet of my infancy and call it ephemeral.
